Merry Christmas!

Luke 2
1 And it came to pass in those days, that there went out a decree from Caesar Augustus that all the world should be taxed.

2 (And this taxing was first made when Cyrenius was governor of Syria.)

3 And all went to be taxed, every one into his own city.

4 And Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judaea, unto the city of David, which is called Bethlehem; (because he was of the house and lineage of David:)

5 To be taxed with Mary his espoused wife, being great with child.

6 And so it was, that, while they were there, the days were accomplished that she should be delivered.

7 And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn.

8 And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night.

9 And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid.

10 And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people.

11 For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.

12 And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger.

13 And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying,

14 Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.

15 And it came to pass, as the angels were gone away from them into heaven, the shepherds said one to another, Let us now go even unto Bethlehem, and see this thing which is come to pass, which the Lord hath made known unto us.

16 And they came with haste, and found Mary, and Joseph, and the babe lying in a manger.

Merry Christmas, everybody.

Train of Thought...

It's been a few days since I posted anything, so I thought that I would sit down and write...

Hold on, the baby's crying...

Okay, I'm back. As I was saying, it's been a while since... Hang on, I'll be right back.

Had to get the Wife a glass of water.

Like I said, It's been... wait a minute, I'll be right back.

Okay, sorry about that... Had to take out the trash.

Now where was I? Oh, yeah... It's been a while since... Hold on...

Okay, I'm back. Had to go change a diaper.

Anyway... Like I was saying, It's been... Hang on a minute...

Okay, I'm back. Had to go walk the dog...

Now, as I was saying... be right back...

Sorry. Dinner was ready.

Now, back to my post. As I was saying, It's been a while since I... Sorry, be right back. Got to go feed the baby for a while so that my Wife can finish the laundry...

Okay, now where was I?

Oh, yeah, that's right. It's been a while since I have posted anything... and it doesn't look like I'll get to tonight, either.

Be right back...

There's Your Trouble...

"Senator Clinton is claiming basically the entire eight years of the Clinton presidency as her own, except for the stuff that didn't work out, in which case she says she has nothing to do with it," [Barack Hussein]Obama said in an ABC News interview.

According to the article from which I pulled that quote, Mrs. Bill Clinton is slipping in the polls.

But we didn't need the article, or even the poll results to know that... All we have to do is watch Mrs. Bill Clinton's behavior, and read her press releases.

Her Husband can't seem to understand why the Press doesn't report about her experience and her public life, but he isn't concerned enough about it to release the records of her activities in the White House when he was President...

He is, however, willing to talk about himself on her behalf at any opportunity...

One of her biggest financial supporters was indicted today by a Federal Grand Jury...

She saw fit to attack her leading rival for the Democrat Nomination over something he wrote when he was five...

Democrat Candidates for other offices around the Nation have begun to voice their concern for their own chances at winning election if she is the Democrat standard bearer in '08...

Despite undeniable U.S. success in the War in Iraq, she still refuses to apologize for voting to approve it (a stance which is sure to anger the Democrat Base...)

But her supporters can't seem to figure out why she would be slipping in popularity.

Don't the American People know how smart she is?

Don't they know what she will make the Taxpayer (whoever THAT is...) do for them?

Don't they know how important Socialist Healthcare is?

Oh, wait... HERE'S why!

"[Mrs. Bill]Clinton is running for president in a sexist culture that persists in seeing strong, capable women as suspect. " says Newsday.com.

"It's not that voters and her opponents think Clinton's experienced and competent, and they don't like or trust her. It's that they think she's experienced and competent and that's why they don't like or trust her."

She's not only a woman oppressed by a sexist culture, she's OVERQUALIFIED!

Keep thinking that, Dems...

Oh, how I want her to get the Democrat Nomination!

Please, please, PLEASE let her run!

It IS her turn, after all...

New Partner...

I have set up a Blog for Caleb (known henceforth on the Blogosphere as "Milkmonster.")

If anyone is interested, they can find it at http://calebscorner-milkmonster.blogspot.com/ , Or "Caleb's Corner".

Needless to say, Comment Moderation is enabled there (he will read it someday...) but leave a comment anyway. I'll post it unless it is un-postable. (We all know how to behave...)

There will be news and photos for all those who are interested in Milkmonster's progress and growth, and when he is old enough, he will take it over and run it himself.

If I have the patience and time, and if he shows interest in maintaining it, I believe that it will be an interesting project.

I am writing it as if he is writing it himself, (yeah, I know it's cheesy...) but his mom and I can post for him, and I hope that eventually it really will be him posting.

It's his Blog, so it will be all about him until he takes it in a different direction.

Check it out!
