The Devil Is In The Details...

Now that Barack Obama has been elected President, I have a couple of questions...

First of all, where do I go to pick up my "Spreading the Wealth Around" check?

I mean, is there a form that I need to fill out, or do they just mail it to me, or do I have to stand in line at the County Courthouse once a month or something?

What is the procedure here? (Obama wasn't real clear on all that during the campaign...)

Can I sign up for Direct Deposit? (That'd be great, wouldn't it?)

Another thing...

After January 9, if I need to go to the doctor, do I just go, and tell him to send the bill to the Government?

What is that address?

Or do I get a card or something?

What about when he raises my boss's taxes? Are they going to make a law that he can't lay me off?

Am I going to have to compete with all the soldiers who are currently serving in Iraq for the job I now have? Illegal Alie... I mean, Undocumented Americans too?

What if my boss just decides to retire and liquidate his business? (He has threatened to do just that...)

Am I guaranteed a job when that happens?

How, exactly, is all of this going to work?

All I know is that Obama had better come up with answers to these questions, and soon.

He made a lot of promises, and a lot of people are counting on him...

Don't let us down, Barack!

I'm just wondering how quickly we can watch the Democrats crumble into dust from all this. Do you really think, once we see where all this leads, that there is a chance for re-election in 2012?

When they made the announcement last night, I had this weird flashback to the movie Independence Day. You know the scene where everybody goes to the roof to "welcome the aliens?" Everybody is all excited and happy until they start being vaporized.

Yesterday, my only advice was "vote and pray." My mantra for the next four years will be "pray, watch and learn."

Happy Birthday to baby boy tomorrow! I have something for him, but I have yet to put it in the mail.

Is it a Palin/Jindahl 2012 tee-shirt?!?

(Or Romney/Palin... I can't say which he'd rather have...)

Palin/Rice is my preference. Let's really get historic.

Thanks for making me laugh through my tears.

Just kidding. No tears. Yet.

Right now I'm just numb.

I can't believe the President of the United States of America is named Barrack HUSSEIN Obama.

I'm mostly just sick, mad, and a little depressed. But not defeated. Last time I talked to Him, God was still on His throne.

Ms Green, I am not happy about the way things have gone, but I believe in my Country, I believe in my God, and I believe in myself.

I am not going to worry about who is in the White House, so long as God is still the King at my house.

I, and my family are going to be okay until this period of National madness has passed, and in the meantime, I plan to amuse myself by making fun of Barack Obama and his worshipers while he slowly becomes the most hated man in the world.

This is gonna be FUN!!
