Down With Rush Limbaugh!

From CBS News.com...

Michael J. Fox Responds To Limbaugh Accusation
Actor Responds To Claim He Was Off His Meds In Political Ad: 'My Pills Are Working Really Well'...

(CBS/AP) His body visibly wracked by tremors, actor Michael J. Fox appears in a political ad that was the subject of widespread discussion on Monday after conservative radio commentator Rush Limbaugh claimed Fox was "either off his medication or acting."

"I'm kind of lucky right now. It's ironic, given some of the things that have been said in the last couple days, that my pills are working really well," Fox said.

"I think this is exploitative in a way that's unbecoming of either Claire McCaskill or Michael J. Fox," Limbaugh said on his syndicated show.

(Democrat Congressional Candidate) Tammy Duckworth added of Limbaugh's remarks: "That comment is trying to take away from the real issue at hand."

What issue is that, Candidate Duckworth?

The issue that you and Michael J. Fox and Claire McKaskill are lying?

They are, you know.

They would all have you believe that a cure for Parkinson's disease, and for many other diseases, is right around the corner, and the only thing standing in the way of that cure is those Evil Republicans, who are only interested in making people suffer.

The truth is that Embryonic Stem Cell Research has shown ABSOLUTELY NO promise of curing ANY disease at all, nor has it shown any promise of aleviating anyone's suffering, AND the Bill that they are arguing over doesn't criminalize the research in the first place. (It just doesn't fund the research with Federal Money.)

They are LYING.

And Rush Limbaugh, Ann Coulter, and everyone else who might point out the fact that they are lying is supposed to sit down and keep their opinions to themselves, because Michael J. Fox has Parkinson's Disease.

Think about this scenario...

Let's say that some researchers believe that there is a chemical in the brains of Parkinson's Patients which could completely eliminate Miscarriages, but in order to extract this chemical, we have to remove the brains from the people afflicted with Parkinson's.

Not only that, but in order to obtain enough of this chemical to confirm the theories of these researchers, we must create more Parkinson's Patients, simply for the purpose of removing thier brains.

If only it were legal to afflict people with new cases of Parkinson's Disease, and then remove their brains, then Millions of Human Embryos would be saved, and permitted to grow to maturity. The pain and suffering of all the women who now have miscarriages would be eased.

And one of these Embryos which would be miscarried without this research could possibly grow up to become the scientist who discovers a cure for Alzhiemers Disease. (I mean, you wouldn't want to disregard a possible cure for Alzhiemers, just because you would have to destroy a few Parkinson's Patients in order to get it, now, would you?)

How much support do you think the proponents of this research would get?

Do you think that the Democrat Party would sanction this type of research, or use it in their Political Campaign Ads?

What is the real difference between my scenario, and the reality of Embryonic Stem Cell Research?

The fact that Parkinson's Patients can speak out against this type of thing, and Embryos cannot?

Is the only real difference the size of the blob of Human Tissue?

Rush is right.

There are no sacred cows, not even victims of Disease.

Not even Michael J. Fox.
